Enrollment Instructions

 

If you are a new employee and need to enroll in healthcare, please click the button above to complete your enrollment in Paylocity. Use company code 14092 to login.

 

If you are a current employee and need to update your healthcare coverage due to a qualifying life event (QLE), please contact Alisha Alderfer in HR at aalburger@pennstainless.com.

Employees enrolling in the QHDHP should contact Human Resources to complete a (*HSA) Health Savings Account deduction form. You may also click here to download and complete the form.

We have a dedicated Healthcare Advocate from Lacher who is ready to help you with:
 

  • Claims that you believe haven’t been properly paid

  • Questions regarding a bill sent by a doctor, dentist, lab or hospital
